Two years of synergies: Musel E-Hub convenes its board meeting at Reganosa’s offices

On Tuesday, Reganosa’s headquarters hosted the latest board meeting of Musel E-Hub, the company that owns the Gijón regasification plant, owned by Enagás (75%) and Reganosa (25%). The meeting coincided with the second anniversary of the formalisation of the asset swap between the two companies, a milestone that continues to mark the strategic collaboration between the two entities.

During the meeting, the directors highlighted the progress made since the Asturian plant was commissioned — also two years ago — and noted that its coordinated operation is generating significant operational synergies, optimising the gas system’s capacities and contributing to the development of an energy hub in the north-west of the peninsula. This energy ecosystem is key to strengthening security of supply, increasing system flexibility and continuing to advance towards the decarbonisation and efficiency targets set at national and European level.

After the meeting, the attendees travelled to the liquefied natural gas terminal operated by Reganosa in Mugardos, where they took a tour to see first-hand how the facility operates and the latest developments there.
