Reganosa participated in the 6th Job Fair organised by ERLAC – Fundación E.U. de Relaciones Laborales de A Coruña (EU Foundation for Labour Relations in A Coruña), a key meeting point for companies, students and professionals interested in the trends that will shape the labour market of the future. At this year’s fair, our Head of Human Resources, Gonzalo Castañeira Sobrino, took part in a round table discussion dedicated to analysing the future of work in an increasingly globalised world.
During his speech, Castañeira shared Reganosa’s vision of how we promote talent from Galicia to the world, highlighting the company’s role as a bridge between training, industry and international projection. Among the highlights, he explained our collaboration with universities and dual vocational training centres, the attraction of international profiles and the creation of professional careers with global reach, elements that strengthen our presence in a highly competitive and constantly evolving sector.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to reflect on the competitiveness of Galician talent, Galicia’s potential as a magnet for professionals, and the impact that artificial intelligence will have on shaping the future of employment, from process automation to the transformation of new roles.
The round table was particularly enriching thanks to the exchange of ideas with other professionals in the field of human resources: Borja Vecino Seoane (Grupo Clave), Marcos Ramos, SPHRi – PMP (ABANCA) and Guillermo Hermida Grandío (FiscalGalicia). A constructive dialogue that confirms the importance of continuing to share experiences and working together to anticipate the challenges of the labour market.
