Today, on the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, Reganosa reaffirms its commitment to promoting female talent in STEM careers, convinced that the energy transition and digitalization require diversity, equal opportunities and new scientific and technical vocations.

Through different initiatives, we work to bring engineering, energy and science closer to society. These include technical visits to the Mugardos Energy Terminal, participation in university forums and seminars, support for educational programmes and collaboration with training centres.

We also promote female role models within the energy sector and develop initiatives aimed at breaking stereotypes and inspiring future scientists, engineers and technologists.
