The share capital of Reganosa is 34,4 million euros. This sum was reached after three capital expansions, the first one in March 2001 when the share capital increased from 3.005.600 euros to 9.015.182 euros. A second stage took place in June 2002 when the latter sum was increased to 18 million and, finally, in June 2003, the total amount of 34,4 million euros was reached. These three increments did not imply any changes in the distribution of the shares, which may be expressed in the following proportions:

Xunta de Galicia, Endesa Generación, Unión Fenosa Gas, Grupo Tojeiro, Caixa Galicia, Sonatrach, Banco Pastor and Caixanova are all shareholders of Reganosa. This group of shareholders may be taken to constitute the best possible combination, since the Galician Government represents and defends the general interests of the Autonomic Region.

While Endesa Generación, Unión Fenosa Gas and Sonatrach provide both the knowledge of the energy sector and their reputable presence in international markets, Caixa Galicia, Banco Pastor and Caixanova evince the financial strength of the company. Grupo Tojeiro, in turn, supplies its deep knowledge of the Galician social context.


Xunta de Galicia: Under the presidency of the Honourable Alberto Núñez Feijoo, it governs the community according to the Statute of Autonomy of 1981. The Xunta´s consolidated expenses budget for 2008 exceeded 11.556 million euros. As far as the energy field is concerned, Xunta de Galicia is both developing ambitious programmes for rural electrification and promoting the exploitation of wind power. (www.xunta.es).


Endesa: Endesa is the first electric utility company in Spain and Latin America with more than twenty million costumers. The main Endesa production facilities in Galicia are located in As Pontes, where it explotes, since 70's, a thermal power station of 1.400 megawatts, even a combined cycle power plant, that produces 800 megavats. Installed wind power in Galicia by Endesa is more than 500 megavatts. (www.endesa.es).


Gasifica: A partnership which 90% of capital belong to Unión Fenosa Gas (company where, as well, they are allied to 50% Unión Fenosa and the Italian Corporation Eni) whereas 10% rest belong to Unión Fenosa. The group is the promoter of a liquefaction plant in Egypt and a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) receiving terminal in Sagunto. Unión Fenosa is nowadays a well-established company operating in Galicia, where contributes to its development in an outstanding way. (www.unionfenosa.es).


Grupo Tojeiro: This is a Galician capital corporation that operates in various sectors (e.g. food and fuel distribution, production of chemicals and fertilizers, road transport and wood transformation). Its supermarket and small shopping centres network, Gadisa, has made Grupo Tojeiro a clear leader of the Spanish northwestern market. Their head office is located in Piadela-Betanzos. Sonatrach: This is a group made up of companies that belong to the Algerian Government. Sonatrach is present in the markets of natural gas and oil extraction and exportation. This group owns several refineries and plants for fuel processing, and participates as a partner in numerous industrial projects, both in Algeria and in other countries. (www.sonatrach-dz.com).


Caixa Galicia (Galician Savings Bank): This saving bank cleared an attributed benefit of 212 million last year, exercise which have been destined 587 million Euros to cover itself with the rigors of the crisis. In this provision against insolvencies, 208 million were qualified of voluntary form. Its offices network was placed in 891 branches, 17 of them abroad. Their investments have been focused after leaving Unión Fenosa in the scope of renewable energies and the society of the information. In 2008, Caixa Galicia invested 112 million in social works, amount that will reedit in 2009. (www.caixagalicia.es).


Banco Pastor: The financial organization culminated 2008 with a benefit appelant of 204.3 million Euros, a 1.12% superior, although it had to destine 168 million to generic provisions against insolvencies,, coming from the complete gains of the fourth trimester (57.5 million) and the capital gains of 111 million obtained with the sale of a 1.14% of Unión Fenosa, company wich leaves in Gas Natural takeover, after being present from the foundation of Electrical Forces of Noroeste SA six decades ago. Caixanova: In 2008, this bank also decided on the prudence, although it obtained benefits after taxes of 178.6 million Euros, 0.32% more than 2007. Caixanova closed the exercise elevating its volume of business to 4.8%, until the 41,514 million Euros. Its 585 offices network already covers all Spain and counts abroad on thirteen branches, the last one of them opned in Buenos Aires. The savings bank reached 235 megawatts in the last wind power contest promoted by the Galician Government, one tenth part of which was in heddle. (www.caixanova.es).
